Our industry leading facility produces enough gas to power 27,000 homes per day and has a 180 tonne (per week) capacity for steel fabrication. Our state-of-the-art equipment prioritises sustainability and environmental responsibility. Our sustainable processes focus on circularity, reduced emissions, and reduced waste. Our process begins by bringing food waste into our facility as “SOUP” from Change Waste Recycling. This SOUP undergoes fermentation, producing methane gas as a byproduct. This methane gas is meticulously cleaned and odorised, before being fed into the grid for general use.
Our energy production process is fully sustainable and cost-effective, providing us with an unlimited amount of power. This allows us to scale our operations to meet project demands, without environmental constraints.
Our processes also generate valuable byproducts such as a nitrogen-rich substance that can help to enrich agricultural land, and hot water that can be repurposed to heat our factories and offices.
